Dear Gravely Elementary School Community,

I am truly honored to introduce myself as the new Administrative Intern at Gravely Elementary. With 17 years of experience in education and a recently completed Master’s in Educational Leadership, I bring both a deep commitment to learning and a renewed energy for supporting school communities.

After serving in the Office of Curriculum and Instruction in my previous district, I’m especially excited to return to a school-based role—where the heart of teaching, learning, and connection thrives. What excites me most is the opportunity to support the incredible people and programs that make Gravely such a special place.

In the spirit of Admiral Samuel Gravely’s belief that “Success = Education + Motivation + Perseverance,” I carry that message with me as I begin this new role and look forward to working side by side with you to help every student thrive in a culture of connection, inquiry, and growth.

Outside of school, I am the proud mother of four—three sons who have recently graduated from college and a daughter in her senior year of high school. I love spending time in nature, participating in community events, and being with my family.
