Dear Parents,
Many of you have already seen the updated county guidelines put forth by PWCS. Per updated county regulations all online learning from this point forward is optional and is a suggestion for what parents may want to do with their child at home, this work will not be graded but teachers will provide feedback should you choose to share it with them.  Weekly Choice Board learning plans will be emailed out each Friday. They will not be uploaded to the grade level webpage out of concern for privacy regarding instructional teaching links. Each weekly choice board will have suggestions for 60 minutes of work per subject area per week.  You can choose which lessons you would like to complete while having the flexibility of working on chosen assignments throughout the week.  There will no longer be daily lessons- rather weekly suggestions for each subject area. We recognize that this is a challenging time for all and want to provide students with resources they can access at home, and resources they also have familiarity with. With this in mind, please continue to utilize resources provided such as Raz-kids, GetEpic , Dreambox, and Scholastic at home. Logins can be found through Clever or here . In addition to these resources, PWCS has provided a wealth of activites on their webpage by grade level to supplement work at home.  This is an unprecedented time and we appreciate your patience and consideration as we navigate this new learning platform. We are here to support you and our students in any way that we can and we wish you health and safety in the weeks to come.
All the Best,
The Third Grade Team
